Pre-orders are for the future release items, so you should just wait until the manufacturer release the model(s) that you Pre-Ordered, you could always check the status of preorder items by looking at our website, it usually shows you if the manufacturer released the model for you, you will not be charged until we ship the item to you & we guarantee we will ship your order as soon as it releases in USA. |

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? | |

If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Please also check our policies section. |
