POLICIES-
To provide the best services possible, there are some guide lines of our
main policies
Please review them carefully. Your use of this site means you have read
these facts and accept them.
OUT
OF STOCK ORDERS-In case an item is ordered and it is temporarily
out of stock we will send an email notifying the customer. Then they have
the choice of canceling that order or wait for the first available item. If
the customer fails to reply the email, we consider the order standing and
the item will be shipped as soon as it is available.
PREORDERS-Items which
were available for preorder will be distributed to the customers who
preordered them by first come first served bases. Customers are only
charged when items are shipped to them. Although we do our best to provide
the customers with items they have preordered we can guarantee shipment
only after manufacturers releases them in U.S.
PACKAGING-
To
protect the
fragile items from shipping damages we check & wrap every item
carefully with "Air Bubble Cushioning" & fill the box
with lightweight Foam cushioning!
SHIPPING-
Right
now eztoyz has a great shipping policy that can save you a lot of money in
shipping costs. For U.S. Priority Packages with "delivery
confirmation" you are charged just $6.00 for the first item
in stock & only $2.00 for any additional item(s). Pre-order
shipping cost is same as the in stock items but you will be charged
shipping as they arrive just $5.00 for the first item & $1.00
for any additional item(s) at the time of shipment., You can also ask
for shipment with Fedex Ground, In that case customer will be charged the
actual costs. Exception applies to some item that are unusually large or
heavy like 1:200 Scales in such case & also our International
customers will be charged only the actual shipping cost.
International
Shipping cost: Via Air Mail, Starts
at $12.00 US Postal
Air Mail delivery: 1 to 3 week typical delivery time - Buyer Assumes Risk
of Lost Box (which is very rare). Via Express Mail, Starts
at $34.00 Postal Express delivery: 3 to 10 days typical delivery
time(sometimes longer) - Guaranteed to arrive.
Customer
will be charged only the actual shipping charges, for checking the rates
& shipping options like the Express Mail please check the US Postal
Service Web-site: www.usps.com
INSURANCE-
Your
shipment could be insured with your prior request. $1.50 for each $50.00
order will be added to your cost.
RETURNS-Returns easily
accepted if the item(s) are shipped back in their original packaging in the
original condition. (Returns should be shipped to the address indicated
in our return confirmation email).
Shipping charges to return a product to eztoys are the responsibility
of the customer. If eztoys inadvertently ships the customer the wrong
product, a call tag will be issued.
A full refund is due for products that are either: Defective, Damaged, or
the Wrong Product Shipped. All other types of returns will be charged a 15%
restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
SECURITY-To insure your
safety and security, all orders and credit cards will go through our secure
servers. You can be sure that we do our best to provide you the safest
service possible.
PRICES-
All
prices shown on our site are subject to change due to any reason, without
prior notice, in that case we will inform you by email & ask for your
final approval.
